EASTOVER

Known as the Queen City's most elegant neighborhood and home to some of the city's leaders and influential names. These noble homes reside on generous, well-manicured lots shaded by century-old trees that stretch out to over the street like a canopy. Many of the city’s most renowned architects designed homes in this Historic neighborhood.

While this neighborhood is primarily comprised of residential estates, there is a small stretch of commercial properties along the east side of the neighborhood along Providence Rd. Years ago, it was anchored by The Manor Theatre, home to viewing artist films and documentaries.

Neighbors to Myers Park, Elizabeth and Cotswold, Eastover is in the heart of it all, yet you feel this sense of serenity and quiet when you visit. It really is a tucked away Charlotte gem!
