It’s difficult to pinpoint what makes Mint Hill so charming, perhaps it is the historical buildings and the landmark of the old-time clock that greet you in the heart of town. Maybe it's the hints of southern hospitality from locals. Maybe it's the nod to a time gone by. While we can't quite put our finger on it, it evokes a feeling you just can't miss.

There’s plenty of green space within the boundaries that make up Mint Hill. While many of the properties still sit on farmland or a portion of what was, there are quite a few newer homes that have been added but for the most part they blend into their surroundings.
